Try to get the belt when you can. I'll probably have the belt boxes covered, but I have yet to figure out the particular rubber to use for the belt, that will be light and strong. The OSCS rubber is extraordinary.
SethB6025
It is on the way, I'm waiting for a V2, the faceplate is molded separate so you don't have to cut it. I can't swing the belt right now, although it is really nice looking.
tk0600
Try the white rubber baseboard molding. You can trim off the lip and it works pretty good. I use it for my TD and it works like a charm Light and strong. You can get it at HD and Lowes and its pretty cheap. Paul TD0600

Daetrin
I like how you're making the cod & butt separate parts form the ab / back plate, just as it should be
TD-4510
very cool mike. Whats that coating your putting on the foam?
TD-1536
very cool mike. Whats that coating your putting on the foam? polyester resin. The reason everythings mult-color... the 2lb. foam is blue, turns teal with the resin applied. the 12lb. foam is tan. The gray and white is primer. freakengine
Sweet. Is it difficult handling that foam without denting it?
TD-1536
Sweet. Is it difficult handling that foam without denting it? you do have to be careful, but it's rather dense stuff. The really dense foam, in the 12lb. weight is really nice to work with, but almost three times as expensive.
