(Father's Day weekend over here in the States)First off, you are commended for taking on the task of becoming a SWAT Officer. Right off the bat, and after a quick look at your preliminary pics, there will be some major mods requested. We definitely have our work cut out for us, Troop. But with patience and persistence, you will become a member of the Elite Team. Good luck and let the process begin! Stand by...

SCRIBBLER
@ VinceThank you for your interest in joining the Elite and submitting your request for SWAT OFFICER Activation. During this process, details will need to be even more fine tuned in comparison to past SWAT members. The bar is always being set higher. Your enthusiasm towards becoming a SWAT Officer is noted. Command Staff needs to point out here in the preliminary stages that although your armor may have passed Standard Officer status, your armor and gear will need a lot of re-works and heavy mods to clear SWAT.You may want to compare notes and ask for guidance from these previous SWAT Applicants who have attempted this particular Screen TD (CANTINA CAPTAIN) and were cleared & activated. Their advice will definitely help you reach your goal properly:MR_HAIR LORD TRISTE As stated before, we always stress PATIENCE during this process as we pay more and more attention to the gear of each new SWAT applicant. The MEPD Senior Commanders and myself will give your armor / gear a full inspection and review. Some details may definitely be missed and re-checked, but we will try to catch them on every pass given until you are cleared and ready to join the Special Weapons & Tactics Team, Brother! If you are up to what is shaping up to be a challenging task, then let's begin...MEPD SWAT OFFICER: APPLICATION REVIEW (PART 1)Name: Vince McGannLegion ID #: TD-21112Forum Name: Vf2112Garrison: Southern Cross** ANH SANDTROOPER SELECTED **: CANTINA CAPTAINI.) We will still need to see those posted with your SWAT application. I can comment on what I can see so far with the pics available... 1.) There are 3 holes in the mouthpiece area for the CC, not 4. 2.) The 'Joker Grin' needs to be reshaped a bit. (see refs) 3.) BTW, What is the make of the armor? This will help in assisting you with what mods are needed. The ab section will definitely need work. Again, I can review and comment on what I can see so far with the pics available... 1.) The chest weathering pattern matches that of the 'STOP THAT SHIP" Trooper. You may want to refer to the pics of the SWAT Officers that were deployed using that Trooper as a reference guide for weathering and some of the details. 2.) Make sure that the shoulder straps are elastic / not canvas. (show pics) 3.) Command Staff needs to see close up pics of sections marked "(SEE COMMENTS)" 4.) Your waist pouches are fine, but you may need to mod or replace your shoulder canvas pouch to match the screen version in shape and appearance. ** You are on the right track and off to a great start despite the red flags. But again, don't allow yourself to become frustrated. We will be here for you every step of the way. Just stay committed and patient. Either Dirty Boy's or Quartermaster's is highly recommended. *If you can get your hands on the vintage 'scout canteen' recently found to replicate the look of the stinger assembly , this will get you bonus points. (see forum topic on this subject) 5.) The "Cross" shaped Electrical tape detail on the above left side tool box needs to match angle positioning and shape of the reference pics. 6.) SCRIBBLER
You probably came across this thread in the past couple of months, but here is a quick link to the discussion: UPDATED 'BEE STINGER' PROP THREAD As for the 'paint drip' detailing, you can go to the host site for more pics, but here are a couple that should get you on track: For more references on this trooper, you will have to do some research and grunt work too, Troop! You've got to earn your SWAT Status, Brother! Although we are here to advise and guide you onto the right path, we're mostly here to clear and reject the project build & mods. We are showing faith in the trooper's confidence that their gear is SWAT ready! Good luck!
