Ouch:-) The ab screws are on the wrong position. For SWAT you have to drill the screws into the return edge and close the old holes. If this is not possible try to use smaller screws. I will approve this point because the screws are not visible and we know that some ESB armors had the same issue (probably some ANH too but we will never know that).
