TK4702
Recently started building a Sonix Victory 75 3D model. Obviously this is early in the works. It would be great to eventually have it printed out. Anyhow, here's my first go at the radio model:

TK4702
So, I have a few questions for you guys on this... Hypothetically, if I were to do a run of these... What would consider to be the most important of these features? • Moving knobs/switches - or - Face completely molded together? • A transparent window - or - Simple decal seems sufficient? • Light weight - or - A hefty (more authentic) feel? • Printed white text - or - Simple clean look (no text) • Bundled w/decals • Face only - or - A number of pieces (Face, knobs, switches, window, sides, strap-loops, back panel)? • Pre-Assembled? • Resin, Roto-cast, vacuum-formed? FIVE
Dude, that is looking really good! You could post pictures of that as if you have an actual one in hand to sell and people would buy it! *don't scam us!!*
TK4702
Thanks guys! No I won't scam you, after all ... you already let the cat out of the bag! I now realize the the switches don't pivot ... but rather, slide straight up and down. So I'll have to fix that. I also need plugs on the side. I'm seriously considering having this printed. I would like to make the whole box as a kit though. And the face would sit inside the opening.

TK4702
Well, I'm getting a second quote. I would like do these as a four piece kit... (1) The face with knobs/switches attached, (2) the box, and (3) the side strap hangers. For now though I'm just getting a quote on the face.
