dutchy
Hey troops, I just got some nice things from mr. postman yesterday. I had to wait for a while but now I got them home. 2 pulls of the 2nd test ATA/ Terrell78 did.. The area on the left side of the frown needs some sanding but I like them. One is for a good friend of mine and one for my own collection But now for something completly else: This is what I also got in... yup, it's a cast of the protoype helmet.. I got the dome as well but need to cut it into shap for a 1st testfitting. I will post pictures of the progress...

TD-1536
What's this? The Prototype has been cast, or did someone re-create it?
dutchy
What's this? The Prototype has been cast, or did someone re-create it? It has been re-created by a skilled craftsman that offered it at the for some infamous DIY. He has put a lot of work and effort in it to get this result. kenthork
It is really nice , i think it is a good variant for helmet TK/TD collection. I like more the screen used helmet, I do not like too much the aspect with lines on the back and ears are too flat. But it is a very beautiful piece has credit note for the fans
Rolf
Cool looking helmets bro. The Dark agent proto type is a cool history bucket, to have in your collection. The ATA looks nice and sharp.

td7603
dumb question, but is this a "custom" job? ie: non cannon? its pretty cool. the vac form detail on the face is outstanding.
Pappy
it is non-canon,but as far as i know this is the 1st concept design being pulled to a helmet
td7603
well, no. there have been a few others. some rotocast some vac formed. the most recent one, or high quality were the imperial commando ones.
dutchy
dumb question, but is this a "custom" job? ie: non cannon? its pretty cool. the vac form detail on the face is outstanding. There are no dumb questions, only dumb answers in my opinion.. But to get back at your question Jay, yup it's a custom made job and just as you say the face is very sharply pulled. And fyi the back and the dome excist out of 2 seperate parts... I will post some new pics of it soon. I have been working on some other things lately, like a kids room.. But one of the ATA helmets is almost good to go!!..pics also appearing over here very soon ^_^
