TK-J
Sorry if this has been brought up before, but my search found nothing. Can anyone tell me what the trooper in the trailer has on his left shoulder bell? Watch trailer here if you've not seen it. Cheers J
Pappy
Whyat is that? it looks like a sandtrooper from the ROTJ era
Productions
It looks like a custom made padded leather cushion attached by elastic with a imperial emblem on it. I watched the episode and loved it so much I was really looking into the armour. I’m quite interested in the sword holder above the thermal detonator. Daetrin
I'm sure there is an official term for it but it escapes me - I think I just call them shoulder bell covers :-p I'm surprised no one has done a run, and yeah that sword is super cool. TK-J
A couple of us here in TAG are looking to set our TD up in a similar way, just for fun and cons. To me it seems a fairly reasonable interpretation of battle hardened/seasoned a trooper.

Productions
I just sent an E-mail to the creators of the I.M.P.S series asking about some pictures of the sword. I will post them on here if I get a response. Luke
TK8034
The shoulder thing is the knee cap pad from a Catcher's Shin Gear setup.
TK-J
I don't suppose someone in the US might help me aquire some of these knee cap pads. They don't seem to be a common item here in Oz

Productions
I also just ordered an exact copy of the jolly roger badge on the sholder pouch, from here. And there is a run of metal imperial cogs up for sale here. Luke
iconoclasta_88
I agree with that being a knee pad from a catcher shin protector... Some guys over Mexican Garrison have tried to replicate those kind of accesories and here is the result. One guy got the shoulder catcher knee pad thing and it looks just the same... We didnt get tghe sword/knife thing, cause it just sounds weird to have one when youve got BFG! Weird that I just posted two very similar entries in two different threads over here... Saludos...
