Dewback_droppings
Anyone know where I can find some blueprints for an MG-15 made out of PVC? I some some where, but I can't remember where. I need measurements, sizes of pipe used, where to cut, etc. If anyone has any help, I'm listening! Thanks.

Dewback_droppings
Thanks anyway guys, but the one on tk-409 is a bit lacking in details and the one on empireprops.com is only for the e-11 and the mg-34-not the mg-15. Too bad they don't have the right one at empireprops because that is exactly the type of tutorial that I am looking for!
tk4130
I recently completed a Lewis gun using various pictures and roughly using tk409's site. If you have any questions or if I can help PM me....

Dewback_droppings
Thanks for the info! It looks pretty complete, but I still need the specs on pipe sizes used, how you made the swirls on the ammo drums, etc. Any of those details that you can remember would be of great help in making this happen. Thanks again. Out.
motman241
The PVC sizes are listed in the tutorial. I cut the "swirls" out of thin plexiglass, and glued them onto the front.
Dewback_droppings
Just started on the gun using the plans motman gave me. Used them as a rough outline and took a little creative license just to be different. Will keep you posted with pics when it is done. Thanks again, Motman! Dewback_droppings
Great looking gun! That tutorial gives me a few more questions, but that is okay. Figuring all this out is half the fun anyway, right?? Thanks for all the advice. I think I will just have to pick and choose what I want to use from all of the different tutorials that I have at my disposal.

avatar_man
I followed TK-409's awsome pictorial walk through and it turned out great... about 15 bucks worth of materials and 4-5 hours of work. Take a crack at it... http://i4.photobucket.com/albums/y103/a ... MG15-3.jpg
Daetrin
Holy smokes - it's freakin' awesome! I've never been a fan of the MG-15, but the items that people are producing lately has totaly changed my mind. Can't wait to make one someday... Daetrin
Beautiful. I can't wait until my children are older and I can have time to such a project myself. Until then, it's inspiring to see someone who can to show what is possible. It's fantastic! Great job

IanL
1 inch = 2.54 cm Or you can buy a metric ruler and save yourself on all the conversions.
