sir david
hey guys ,rather than flood Dave Marsdens SWAT application with even more pics,i would like to share with you pics of the 2 sonix radios i built for both him and myself ..... the fascia, box and large radio dial are by Rick (Dirty Boy) ,as are some of Daves Pack parts, i added the stitched ,grained leather surround for the box, real jack sockets, and a real 6 stage telescopic aerial ! (in collapsed state on the packs of course ...not nessecary, but,as i like to do things as near as i can to original stuff, i added them! ) ,i also added the sonix decals -which will be blacked out for Daves SWAT pics ....... mine is complete apart from the wire ,Daves just requires the right strap bracket attatching, wire adding, and weathering .....pics to follow duders :0).......... Havoc6538
Dave, I'll be following in your footsteps. I won't be using my vac-formed fascia. As soon as I get paid, I'm going for one of Ricks. I've already got the pleather (figured it would be easier to sew) for the surround. Loving your work buddy.
