Check the pic of the Segeants Pack in this detailed post about all the pack variations. http://www.looksirdr.../backpacks.html It appears that tha pipe runs from the top of the frame to the bottom on the left side. Going by the size I make my pack frames, which you now have one, I usually go about 15" give or take a 1/4 inch. I don't think there are any exact measurements for this piece out there. It looks like the length is sorted above - but what about the greeblies either end? As there been any definitive, or close enough to pass, parts recommended to be used?
