  1. Providing armor and parts to troopers all throughout the Galaxy. Check us out at intergalactic supply.

  2. Beltsander, yes sir. One in every room and in the house! Looking good Brother.
  3. I felt strongly this way as well , until I realized that even in the SE film, there are the OT troopers Wearing ANH armor. I do feel SWAT standard should be particular to the troopers featured in the reference photo. This makes it practical for new recruits . Although, I don't see a huge demand in this particular version.
  4. Ok, my input is SE, needs to be SE. I don't mind the ANH armor being used, but, the other ROTJ /SE details should be followed. Frown paint, trap details, tube stripes and ab button details and heavier weathering. These are modifications that can be made fairly easy. Definetly have it worded to where it is very evident base level approval " ANH" ( without the edging ) style armor is not up to level two - three standards. Drop boxes should be optional, and the knee plate also optional. Backpack should be optional and required only for level 2-3. I also agree with screen accuracy and MEPD being very poinient in defining the different levels of approval. I don't think we should lower the standards , but make it more of a prestigious build , SE, and have its very distinct differences than OT ANH. Just my opinion. I want to see this come to life and agree that it will help make SE more achievable,. With proper attention to details. Mainly the already mentioned details above and earlier in this thread.
  5. Hey guys, looks like I'm in for the kill. Still feels like a dream. Can't wait to meet so,e of my sand brothers.
  6. Eric, hey man, nice choice on the Captain. I am going for the other Cantina a Security Gaurd, Davin Felth, with the White Pauldron and filter pack #5 . Check the swat threads and look for the cantina captain, also the move along trooper I believe ( maybe a few different accessories ) so you can use their weathering references . Captain Mod Terrik http://starwars.wikia.com/wiki/Mod_Terrik Have fun!
  7. Thanks fellas, my TD is really where my heart is at.
  8. Figured I'd share my Latest photoshoot whilst on the look out for those blasted droids. Had A blast. going for another shoot this spring if any of you Sand Brothers are in the area of Kill Devil Hills in May. Here is a taste of what we did last time. Enjoy Fellas! More To Come !
  9. Wow, really coming along. I'd say it's good until you get your armor weathered , then you could tie them together. Very nice work!
  10. Very cool as Smally , very well deserved indeed. Good luck sir!
  11. Yes sir, that's lookin a lot better. Really getting there. Maybe soften /blend In some of the hard edges, like the circles on top. It's looking good brother.
  12. That green acetate lens is what they used in the movies. I think all the nuts and bolts are for the screen accurate strapping brackets. Good stuff....
  13. Coming along nice! And good looking out Rick!
  14. Nice , ATA is nice. Only thing it's missing is some of the AB details. But you got that bro!
  15. Your armor should have a nice return edge all the way around, about a quarter inch. That should be the furthest line over, so you have the edge, then the mold line. Hope that helps.
  16. Ok, I hear Ya, well for that matter I am working towards being an armorer. I am building a few sets of armor for fellow trooper recruits in my area. Soon, I should be able to provide finished kits. Or host build parties .
  17. Nice, glad to see things staying in shape with staff. We need a tight knit team. Congratulations and good luck Troopers!
  18. I know of a trooper that will be thermoforming and roto casting sometime between now and the end of 2015 in our garrison if all goes as planned. Wondering if that's what this thread was for to post armorers in our areas.... . ?
  19. We should have a armorer by the end of 2015 in our garrison. Carolina Garrison. Should we post here then?
  20. That is a good reference for "look sir droids" notice the colored ear bumps. I think the Cantina Security Sergeant is a bit lighter in weathering. Just a bit. Just my opinion of course , but the flame pattern on the head is Davin Felth, so, him being the White Pauldron trooper in the cantina, one would think it should be this helmet.... But alas, I don't think it was. Where they swaped armor so much, it's hard to say who had what in some scenes. We will figure it out. I like the photo of the TDs with the helmets off, by the dew back. That one really let's you see the individual sets of armor side by side and compare weathering patterns. Pm incoming.
