Looking amazing Nick great job on them fins, they were fiddly on mine & Dave H's
Looking forward to seeing this in the flesh & maybe upgrade mine with your templates
Nice to see you back Noel
Great looking armour, I would have been happy with them few minor fair requirements from Smally.
2 years ago it took me 6 months to meet requirements & fully rebuild a costly accurate fieldpack, then another 5 or 6 required armour mods were pointed out & added to the list after that.
It was a long dusty road & would have preferred a couple of hours extra work & no extra expense
Good luck Noel so close don't give up
Congratulations Brad
I've had a rough couple of weeks as my Britannia Patrol brothers know, so sorry about the absence but yeah you would have had my vote too
Guys
We set a 501 "Like" target before this weekends Legoland troop on our Britannia Patrol page.
We reached the target earlier than expected today (5/01)
Many thanks to everyone's support and look out for this weekends photo's
Hey Scribbler
We'll talk to Nick about photoshopping some Britannia support back to our oversea's patrols.
That way we can gain world wide fans from each other
The 66ers Rock!
Cheers Smally
I've found the abs boxes online but doesn't tell you the dimensions, if I had your measurements I could order 1 off eBay
Slim line rocker switches are 99p from maplins I'm guessing that's the 1 you used
Yeah we'll nip round once I get the parts and your new pauldron
you can talk me through the rom build
Cheers!
I'm going to eat my sandie if you don't get a armourer position now Smally!
I agree with Joe! I need to upgrade a few things before the big troop
I would definately like help with the neat rom installation.
I think mine need's the correct diluted umber on the chest and maybe abit of a light spray on the lid
Wow awesome build thread dude!
I've been looking forward to seeing the final pics after seeing work in progress in the flesh!
100% SWAT worthy! Again
It's definately not too clean, we can see that from the close up pics of the armour
It'll be honour to be at your side in a few weeks at Britannia Patrols first troop together
Same goes to our other fellow sandie brothers!
WE WILL FIND THEM DROIDS!
Hi Frank
Dave Harris will have the pic with the ear screw, I have seen it, the picture is a side view, probably the pic with the landspeeder
Anthony Forrest wore 2 different lids for the move along scene
