I plan on wearing both my TD and my new Clone armor. Of coarse the TD gets priority. I normally just park and change in the down stairs garage as it makes life so much easier.

I have never trooped with out my pac ,but would see no problem if someone didn't wear theirs.

Do to the size of my head I squeeze into my helmet. I still found a way to put two fans inside which blow air into face which I find cool me off and keep my lenses from fogging off. The best liners can be pulled from those Walmart little league helmets which cost $10. In my TIE helmet I used a liner from a skate board stun helmet. You should not count on air flow to be affected by a liner.

Not working on a clone at the moment , but more like gathering up all the peaces. Evo bucket, OSCS armor, Sci-fire Hyperfirm belt, Greedo blaster.... I am saving the build for next month so I can have it ready for SD Comic-Con. And this will give me more time decide what kind of clone to build. The phase one helmet will be for mixing it up once in a while. It will start off as a grunt but may change it to a 501st or Shock trooper later on in the year. This will be my third costume and first clone.

This was posted earlier here http://forum.mepd.net/index.php?showtopic=6612 I love and am lucky enough to have TE2 armor but the helmet like other screen accurate helmets works great if you can get it to fit your head. The MRCE while not perfect, is one of the best alternatives for the rest of us. (for now) I know there are a few more accurate larger sized helmets but those can be harder to find. We will see what the former FX helmets now AM look like when they come out in the future. The return of the MRCE is good news for those who missed out on upgrading their helmets last year when they were selling for $100 on ebay.

Right on Nol Its good to see these buckets coming out again . I know a few people that wanted these but were out of luck when they started selling for 200+ on Ebay. This should make all the balloon headed troopers happy. ;)

Hey found this link on the main boards for TX eFX (mrce) buckets. These come black but I am guessing it wouldn't be too hard to paint these white and turned into a TD bucket. I have no opinion one way or the other when it comes to the stood down trooper. I am more curious then anything as to his story. My curiosity was peeked when the Banned profile picture was removed and not the stood down trooper. Does anyone who no longer own his deployed armor get removed from this page ? As far as the TD that is no longer with us. I think his picture with a 'passed away' caption or something to the nature instead of a stamp would be more in order. Returning the focus of his picture back to on his armor which I am sure he worked *******.

If he is guilty then he is the worst kind of scum on earth. Stealing from dying kids has to have its own special place in ****. I hope his future inmates find out what he did and give him a proper welcome.

Sorry if this is one of those stupid questions, but Whats the deal with the Stood down trooper? I am guessing there are more then one Deployed troopers that no longer own there armor, so why does TD 3271 have a huge stamp across his picture? Also does our fallen brother 6117 have to have a stamp across his picture? Seems that his armor should be the focus of his picture that I am sure he worked ******* , insted of focusing on the fact he is no longer with us. The fallen trooper title under his name is plenty for me. But then again this is all MHO

I am moving that we make him our new Detachment Leader, give him Deployed status and name him king of the 501st. All hail pantyhose trooper!! This reminds me of when Eddie Murphy would talk about how his mom would save money by making him home made burgers and the other kids would kick his @ss as they laughed at him.

I was left speechless when I saw this guys armor build. Sure he saved money but is the end result worth all the effort? The pantyhose-like under suite alone should win him some sort of award.
