This is a most excellent tutorial. I do have a suggestion tho. On the front greeblie you used a splayed glue cap. Take a look at the white plastic impeller used in 10 gallon fish tank aquarium filter pumps. You may like what you find. Its the first thing that came to my mind when I started tossing around the idea of building a pair. Once again, top notch work!

I got my Mini-Mike from Wally World this morning for $3 I think youre on clearance, bud.

Number one with you being in the UK you need for it to arrive in kit fashion. The guy that sell's resin e-11 kits by the name of Makerofthings on ebay turns out top notch work and the kit is less than $100 shipped here in the states. Maybe just a wee bit more to get to the UK. I do know that his kits have always made it thru customs as well. If ya cant find him give me a holla and I'll drop him a line 4 ya.

I know that in the Falcon escape scene alot of that footage is the same scene repeated from a different angle. Watch for the TD in the middle that is pitched forward from the overhead blast. You'll see that exact same maneuver a second later from a different angle.

Man, them's fightin' words! I think they look better than FX. Not a bad sculpt. The black one favors fx a little more than the white one. Might be the color messing with me.

You might wanna put that shovel a little deeper in the dirt. There's a thread around here somewhere showing an HDPE helmet that tipped over while painting and went face first in to fresh grass clippings...

That does look like HDPE!!! Very nice find indeed. Isnt T*E the only one pulling helmets in HDPE these days?

I think it looks great. Are you gonna put the huge paint run down the right side of the dome above the trap? That looks like the only thing its missing. Very nice re-creation!

I was at Wally World the other day and they had a whole peg. I have to run some errands tomorrow. Want me to pick you one up? For a cheap *** Wal Mart toy those things seem to be a hot item in my town. The peg usually clears out pretty quick and then it takes them an entire vernal equinox to restock them.
