CAP/ATA (yes... there the same size to the eye) TE2, AP, TM Yes, I reported the CAP/ATA smaller than the TE2. Not that much. The AP is a tiny lid. Now where is the bash thread on AP? That thing is so small it doesn't look to even be from the same line. The TM is shorter, fatter and is totally different (thankfully) than the TE line. The ATA is almost the same size as the CAP. Maybe a tad smaller but nothing to the naked eye. I have them all here looking at me. Ill have to take some shots of the CAP HG with ATA and the TM I have here. All I mean ALL these helmets are shrinking. Post up some NGB buckets. Do a size comp on that thing. Same thing. Panties in a twist over the TE line is getting dumb. Especially from guys with motives in sales, bashing and spewing crap that started on DIY. Leave it alone. Let it go. Its over. Its now public domain, face it. Want a bigger lid? Buy a TM or a TE2. Nothing has changed. I could not tell that to Gino, so I don't expect anyone to really get that.

Yeesh! Do you guys have nuke powered Glue guns? Never had a problem with an eyesocket melting... Could do what I call the MRCE mod, chicago bolts and over size lenses... Hot glue holds mine in just fine... no problems.

I find most dont do the paperwork and well, Cheaper isnt always better. I am fuming over a recent buy, Vader helmet sent WITHOUT insurance and WITHOUT tracking other that a customs form. Even though I specified! The Value was stated to be 35 bucks. Yea. 35. Well If this dosent pop up, I am out FAR more than that. But the seller shipped it. Now its the USPS that I have to claim thru, but at most ill get back 35. Whoop tee doo daa. Pay attention on the sellers as well, If they claim value less than what it is, its cheaper to send. Not cool on big sales. You can buy Tracking from USPS and insurance. It will go far better. Standard post is just that. The post workers dont care about it, drop it at your door and take off. Sigs are a must If I ship big stuff. Then its the Post office guy on hte hook if that dosent happen. Careful be and reaserch all the ways to ship things. Ask questions. I drive the counter dudes nuts.

Tore it down to parade rest today and am rebuilding it gound up. Should come out pretty good. Some things I am leaving alone for it is one of the first fanmade prop kits. Not that it has value other than saying that, but none the less pretty cool to have one. Might sell it if I had a bite on it, but could keep it as well. The bottom bottle will need reworked, thats about the biggest project to it. Adding a light metal frame to the inside is going to happen as well, that would anchor the straps better and stop the plastic from cracking.
