sandtrooper
Hi, I'm curious what size tote/case I'll need to hold my armor excluding the helmet. I see them in the background of pics at troop events but can't tell what size they are. Thanks.
sith_241
I use one of these bad boys. Helmet fits inside too if i pack it right http://www.containerstore.com/shop/garage/storageBagsBoxes?productId=10005098&green=26114552068
iconoclasta_88
I use a smallish tote from Walmart. The helmet wont fit inside, but I have a TK4510 helmet bag that is awesome. I find it very useful for the tote to be smaller and having the helmet apart is a great help for moving stuff around and storage. They have 2 latches on each side and have a very large set of wheels to be able to pull over things easily. I then lined mine with fleece material. DirtyBoy
Boys, I'm pulling rank on this one....lol The best thing to get if you don't mind spending about a hundred bucks is the full size marine cooler with wheels...it's white and has wheels that go up and down stairs with ease...no need to break your back lugging a tote. It fits my complete td and a jawa perfectly. Plus unlike other totes, it's insulated....meaning you can leave tour armor in the baking sun without worry. Btw....it totally looks the part and doubles as an actual cooler and a seat. http://c.shld.net/rpx/i/s/pi/mp/1363/513009101p?src=http%3A%2F%2Fsite.unbeatablesale.com%2Fimg107%2Fpws612.gif&d=4a43ca815af6e357418816c88c7145801887ebfc
tk0000
I just got the biggest one with wheels from Walmart. Been using it over ten years and still does the job.

sandtrooper
Since I live in podunk I didn't have much choice on totes, but got the Stanley tote Solo talked about. I forgot to ask what you guys do with your backpacks. Do they go in the tote too?
spoox
I use this one from walmart and my armor fits minus the helmet/backpack. I slide as much pieces inside each other and make it all fit Slap a few cool stickers on it and you're all set. One thing, if you use it for flying..use luggage straps or duct tape around it! When I took it to Celebration IV in LA it came tumbling down the luggage pickup and the lid busted open even though there was a TSA lock on it. Thank God I had a luggage strap around it or my entire clone armor would have flown out! http://www.walmart.com/ip/Contico-Storage-Locker/2476189 I also have 1 of these where I store my tie pilot including helmet in: http://www.walmart.com/ip/Sterilite-Footlocker-Set-of-2/11014791
