Gordonator
Don't forget the zip ties and just for suggestion, trim/cut the corners of the belt for a better look. Might not be required for deployment but it sure looks better. Good luck!

jokerfish
Cut the belt? Like fray the edges? Good idea!
Gordonator
Just the edge/corner. Here's a pic -> http://www.mepd.net/crlimages/pngs/belt.png Few seconds work but it looks so much cooler in my opinion. Btw given you Sandtrooper forum title as well under your profile. All the best now.

iconoclasta_88
All suggested mods and upgrades have been done and meet requierements! Your TD looks great bro! Im sure you can see it and are proud of it!! Like your prod too! Cool weapon. Now where is the dewback???? Congratulations Tim, you are now officially deployed as a MEPD Police Officer! This is your link... PM me or Bluey your profile picture of choice. One more thing I would suggest (wont affect your deployment of course) is to add some new straps to your belt pouch so that it stands straight. Saludos
jokerfish
Sweeeeet! I plan on adjusting those belt pouches a bit, they are just held on with a snap right now and it doesnt work too well This is awesome, both of my costumes accepted into the higher ranks in one day. Makes all those hours of building, months of waiting, and thousands of dollars spent all worth it! Now if you will excuse me, I have a "deployed" patch to purchae

jokerfish
Did some work to the suit this week for Dragoncon, figured I would update Helmet: Reposition 4 fans and battery holder backpack: added gauge dial to left side changed out mortar tube Stiffened it up a bit with some drywall screws (hidden) Went to the army surplus and bought some H shaped padded straps, removed the 1" webbing Armor: Reshaped thighs (FINALLY!!) attached ammo pouch to chest with chicago screws, covered head with hot glue to lock it down Attached ammo pouch to belt with snaps and rivets...it aint moving now! Weapons: Replaced the DLT-19 with a T-21 from Solo. I want a sturdier 19 at some point, didnt care for the rubber one Pics hopefully this weekend, if not will see some of you guys at DC
