LEGENDDAN Posted December 12, 2010 Share Posted December 12, 2010 Hello everyone, I know my armor is not as dirty as it should for this forum, but, I would like to share with you all how it turned out. This is my first build. It took me five months and 21 days to complete my build; over 201 hours man of work (on my spare time) I had no idea it need it this much amount of dedication.… My goal since I’ve started to build this magnificent armor was not only to make it as an idealized trooper but, to create a more accurate in as many ways as possible and to become an EIB approved member and perhaps to be the first with this status in México. Just two days ago I was EIB approved… Yes!!! And it’s exiting to be the first with this status in México. I wish I could motivate more people down here in the Mexican Garrison to become EIB. Hhahah good joke bro Super build and armor. I love the TM suit, and have one my self. Its a bit sad, you don´t have the accurate TM helmet to the beautiful body armor. I have been in the suit hobby for over 10 years, but whit out a ANH Stormtrooper for about 4 years. Hope to get one soon again, hopefully in 2011. It makes me specially happy seeing this kind of work and dedication in Mexico!! So now, switching to Spanish... Hermano, muchas felicidades! Wow... tu armor está increíble. Ya me había comentado Paul que había mandado un TM armor a Mexico en Mayo y que tubo algun retraso en la aduana. Supongo que era el tuyo. Que chido. Y que gusto. No nos conocemos, no he podido asistir a muchos eventos este año con la Garrison, pero supongo que ya habrá tiempo para eso. Y que chido que busques que haya más EIB en nuestra Garrison. Yo me puse una meta similar para los TDs hace un año o por ahi. Como te habras dado cuenta es un poco complicado en general por las diferencias que hay con otros paises... supongo que sabes a lo que me refiero. En fin... tenerte en la garrison es muy bueno, y verte por acá es aún mejor. Si necesitas algo, o te puedo ayudar en algo, no dudes en pedirlo. Y si te animas a armar un TD, por acá nos vemos! La verdad que si visito mucho este foro, pero casi no dejo comentarios en los post. Muchísimas gracias por tus comentarios sobre la armadura, no le hubiera echado tantas ganas, tiempo y detalle al armado sino fuera una TM, aparte de la inversión en la armadura misma. Fíjate que toda la intensión desde que inicie el armado fue pensando en obtener el EIB y finalmente se me concedió el estatus. Tú que tienes más experiencia en la Garrison, ( ) ya me dirás como puedo ayudar para ver como motivamos a la gente a que mejore sus armaduras, por lo menos a que cambien sus cascos (FX). Y si, cuando Paul me envió la armadura an Mayo pasado, se perdió la condenada caja con la armadura. Estuvo perdida 46 días sin que la empresa de mensajería supiera donde estaba. Y todo por culpa de aquel volcán que hizo erupción en Islandia (recordaras) paralizó casi toda europa y los aeropuertos de las principales ciudades; muchos envíos extraviados. Espero iniciar con mi participación en eventos de la Garrison, y claro que me dará mucho gusto conocerte personalmente, yo estoy en Guadalajara, espero poder ir al D.F. y saludarnos o viceversa por acá serás muy bien recibido. Por lo pronto voy a iniciar en el foro de la Garrison a adentrarme y que me conozcan todos los miembros por acá. Espero tener pronto un TD (TE2) me encantaría ser TD.
