swiss 5
Hi Guys, hope someone can answer this question. I am just completing my first set of armour and following various test fittings have come across a problem with the shin pieces riding up over the top of my boots when worn or walked in for a short time. I have had to shim the rears out to fit as they are a set of FX, and are still a bit tight, but I can't hink of a good way of holding them down in the correct postion so as to not see the top of my boots which spoils the whole look of the suit. Everything else has gone well and apart from the belt which I am still completing, this is the final thing to solve. If any one could suggest something then I would be grateful. swiss
Productions
I am having this problem as well. I think, I might try holding the boots to the shins together with some more Velcro. Luke
boyhonda
you could attach some elastic to the inside of the shins and loop it under your foot then pull up the shin put your boot on it should pull itself down onto the boot top
firebladejedi
This type of thing only accurs when your boots are not tall enough, what boots are you guys using? A small piece of velcro on the front top of the boots and inside the shin should work for you.
swiss 5
Thanks guys, I was thinking of using the strap system, but might try velcro on the boot top first. Again thanks for the help. Swiss.
