Hi everyone , I bought a TE kit already built.

This is my first TE and I like it a lot !

I just wanted to show you my work in progress.

It was assembled in the ESB style, this is the version I want to do.

When I received my helmet I did not like the eyes so this is the first thing I wanted to work.

Here's a comparison pic of how It was before and today :

what do you think? do you think I could change some details on the eyes?

Thanks

Today I started to paint it with acrylic white paint, I will add the gloss when It will be dry.

It was not easy to paint it very well there are some details not very well made...but for my first time I think It's not that bad...

The paint I used was designed to dry very fast, I had the time to spray the gloss :

Do you think I should spray one time again some gloss or one time is ok?

If your going for ESB, paint each tooth individually and not one big black mouth like you have done in the mock up. It will look much better, believe me. Trooperdecals.com make the best ESB decals that I know of to finish off your helmet

thanks for the advice

I decided to have a helmet not too shiny, I prefer It how it is now because It's dry and not as shiny as I thought.

I have painted the ears, teeth and mouth.

I have a set of ESB stickers from trooper decals, the color does not match with the paint I used for the ears anyway I will do it like that.
