  6. Muchas Gracias Juan! The black marks ironicaly are made with the neck trim and brow trim; I cut dfferent thickness to achive different strokes. Also there is some charcoal to make it uneven. For the paint I just type it on my previous post I think. Un cordial saludo A I got rid off my ANH helmets and this is the only one I have beside a hero. But I keep it in mind Cheers A Thanks a lot Joe You know I put a lot of time on this one so I am glad you like it buddy. A
  7. Thank you guys for your kind words! I really appreciate it. I know it is different to the sandies but I am glad you like what i did. Thank you! For the chipping paint I used three coats of Rustoleum for Plastic Taupe color then liquid latex for mask out the areas for the chipping. Then three more coats of Rustoleum Professional High Performance Enamel #7592 Gloss White. I hope this help. Thanks! I know exactly what you mean, it is not easy task because is hard to say when you added to much or if the pattern looks very even. My goal was to make it look beat up like in some of the shots on Tantive IV. BTW what do you mean with WIP? no damage? Thanks again. Cheers A

  9. Probably some of you have seen this lid in other forums but being this forum a place dedicated for sandies I thought you might like to see the latest helmet I put together . I tried to recreate the "used" look of the Tantive IV stormtroopers. Everything is hand painted , no stickers of any kind. I hope you like it and if you have any questions please feel free to ask. Cheers A

  15. Thanks a lot guys, I'm glad you like it. I think the weathering adds more realism. Cheers A Thanks Rocko for your kind words. Me neither, I alway preferred somehow ANH or ESB style. I'm working now in a Hero version, I will post pics soon. Cheers A Thanks a lot Rolf , I really appreciate it. I was in the same boat before I got this helmet. I was a ANH\ESB fan but this helmet made me change my mind. I can tell you that is a very interesting bucket.I'm glad you like it Cheers A

  20. Vaj is offering in FISD a very accurate hovi mix PA2, I would replace the mesh but other than that they look spot on Cheers A http://forum.whitearmor.net/index.php?showtopic=7539
  21. Ok guys here we go, first thing just to let you know that I removed the inner lip from my old Weber's trim since I needed it for my ESB helmet so the profile looks like a U trim. Anyway the new "s" trim is clearly smaller. Cheers A
  22. FYI I ordered some neck trim from Webber's (WINDOW & AD GLASS RUBBER #RG102 "S" SHAPED RUBBER GASKET). Surprisingly I noticed they just changed the profile slightly from the original without mentioned it. The new profile is slightly thinner than the previous one I bought from them 2 years ago. The outside lip of the "s" trim cover less surface than their previous version what it makes this trim not very accurate anymore. Cheers A PD:I can post some pics if you wish
  23. Thanks guys for your kind words. I'm thinking to work soon in a new one. Not decide yet if ANH or ROTJ style. Cheers A
  24. Hey Scott, now it is looking perfect , those minor changes you did repositioning the mask helped a lot. Congrats my friend. A
  25. Thanks Ray, I'm glad you liked it too Cheers A
