motman241
To me, the toy gun is the toy gun. you can spruce it up a bit, but it will in no way resemble the real thing - it's just too far different. You'd be better off to spend the $20 and build your own from scratch. It will be a LOT more realistic.

TK6237
I have and use one of these kits myself, pretty happy with it. Not the same as a scratch built or a HF of course, but as far as Hasbro blasters go, it's a nice upgrade. It's cast in resin though, and will chip pretty easily if dropped on the floor. I usually have to do some minor repair work and touch up the paint job on it after each troop. There used to be a couple of sellers on Ebay offering these kits for about $25, but I just did a search ("e 11 conversion kit") and came up empty...Only Ebay Store who listed this item, was this one: http://www.doopydoos.com/stormtrooper-e ... -207-p.asp ...But they are out of stock. According to their Ebay Store: http://stores.ebay.com/Doopys-World ...Their props department is closed until December 29th, so I would try a search sometime in January. (Doopydoos is the seller previously known as the-filmfreak, by the way. I've bought two kits form this seller, smooth transaction both times.) TD-4455
thanks to all for his comments, then would the easiest way be to buy the one that it mentions motman241, but where these pieces are obtained they might spend to me some pages of these sellers? once again forgive for my translator
Ilovesand&dirt
Here is mine, I used the same kit on ebay. Just watch cutting the front part cause there are two wires you don't want cut.
Scott M.
Yep, these can turn out pretty good. Not totally screen accurate, but I also like mine. I also used the same kit. Photo is not the best, but it certainly works. It is the same on in my sig banner.
motman241
My toy blaster is great, but looks like the toy. That's all I'm saying. I built up mine from two pieces of scrap wood, and some leftover aluminim bar. Total cost - free.
