Painting of Storage Box for armor

Guys, I’m wondering if you could share how you painted or modify you storage box for armor.

I’m not sure if I want to go for sandy colors of the box... maybe kind of old, scratched container box?

Will be grateful if you can share some pictures of yours:)

I have several totes and wanted to go with a theme that looked used and functional for my Sandtrooper. My brother is waterjetting me an aluminum cover for the Husky logo, once I have that I will weather it and be done.

I opted to do vinyl stickers , no weathering yet and I will add stickers as I go along

I like this! Was thinking about something similar, but not just to add weathering but first to paint it in silver, than in black again. But not sure is it worth it

Silver sharpie. Rub/wipe it with a paper towel while its wet to get the “scratched metal” look.

I am lame. I just have the laser engraved plate with my call sign, TD#, and garrison on it. I have a few stickers and that's it.

This is mine.  Law enforcement, racing, things that represent my state, and SW and other fandom stuff.  Some of the stickers are starting to peel off,  because the trailer gets hot when we are out at El Mirage.
