Thanks Felix - No, no straps attaching the forearms to the biceps. I put high density foam in the forearms so wherever I pull them up to they'll stay rock solid. I just need to pull them up higher. I wondered about that so thanks for the feedback. The forearms seemed to get in the way of the hand plates so that explains it. Thanks!
