SCRIBBLER
@ Alex - Good eye, Brother! (Sigh) This is what happens when you try to review armor in the middle of the night. lol @ Hideki - Your M-19 has to be replaced with an M38. Apologies, but this should be a quick mod. Assuming that you have access to an M38 Resin or Actual. This is a fine example of SWAT Personnel assisting SWAT Hopefuls. Great job! Thanks! Milo
Hi,I have a one question. It's about Lab Pipe. III.) BACKPACK: VERSION # 3 1.) The shotgun shells need to be tweaked a bit (positioning wise)2.) For this review (and in light of new findings), we are going to say no lab pipe. Do you mean it should be removed Lab pipe based on latest findings?I tried to check the screen. "Falcon take off" They look like same pack.Because, weathering is the same on key pad. If these same pack... He did not have a Lab Pipe in the backpack. Postscript: I'm sorry... It was my mistake. He does not have a blue box. This was not the same backpack. Thanks,
SCRIBBLER
@ Hideki - Correct, no lab pipe for this review. No worries. And yeah... the FALCON TAKEOFF CAPTAIN is also my current SWAT project. So, I may know a few details on this particular one. (shhh) lol I will be back in the Precinct on Monday. (U.S. Holiday weekend over here!) Have a GREAT weekend! trooper1
Milo, all I can say is.... You've been busy! Outstanding job! Only thing left I can see that I would do... I would break up the chest armor weathering. The splash of oil across the chest that leads to the Pauldron. I would break it up so it doesn't appear as a painted on splash. See my SWAT approval thread if you wanna see what I did. I used oil based paints, so I just rubbed off and thinned the splash out. Then used a sponge and dabbed the weathering back on for the pattern. Leaving splotchy areas of white. Other than this detail. I can't see anything else I would change. Outstanding work! Thanks for the support. You're right. I think weathering heavy too. I used acrylic paint to weathering. I did remove it with sandpaper and alcohol... Its was not too difficult And I painted a new weathering. This weathering is not a problem? Regards,
