Going for built by RS. Ive kept looking at Craig's RS on troops and although Ive had some good times with my FX I want to step it up and hopefully add another Police Office to the Brittania Patrol. My packs pretty dated too and would have taken a fair bit of work along with the armour to get up to scratch. I'll stick some pics up for you to have a look if thats ok for you to cast your expert armourers eye over in the future.

So it begins. Im finally going to upgrade from my old FX set and im just about to order my new RS set from the lads, I already have the RS lid. Have also ordered on of Rick's packs....... Exciting Not sure If I'll have it all done in time for our Big troop in MEM but thats currently the target as I'll need to get it cleared.

Im on the list to get another one, first time I had to wait 4months while on the list but sooooo worth the wait!!!

Just to add my two cents. I messaged today and heard back within a minute so all good here and my new lid is shipping today They've always been good to me and responded in a reasonable time so its sad to hear some people are having problems with communication back but im sure their working on it. Rob and Si are two sound guys who I trust, their just busy is all, which is a good sign to me of how good their stuff is. And **** my small frame for needing a medium AF t-shirt........ guess I'll have to wait while you strut around in yours lol (yes, looking at you Craig )

Cantina Craig and myself are still waiting too, I think Craig did chase them a week or so ago and did get a response so will know more than me.

Great pics Craig, due to a slight errrrrrr "technical" error I didnt get any It was a fantastic two days and the Vectis Squad put on a great show and really looked after us as always, best bit for me was the 2 of us walking the que's with our officer shouting at the public to leave any blasters or sabres at the gate lol. You did great mate and soon got into the swing of it...... even over taking Vader in the parade I dont think he'll be so forgiving next time......... Roll on to the next one

Hi guys, I fancied a set of these for a while ago but never had the confidence to give it a go until I started reading some of the other builds here so decided to give it a go. Sorry for the lack of build pics. I used the Sub-assult game and Doopey's conversion kit. I firstly sanded off the writing ect then glued the extra parts on before priming it. I then painted it white and left to dry before weathering with first a dark then lighter Tamiya paint while wiping of any excess. Im still not happy with the black lense though and need to come up with something reflective like a dark lense. -
