  1. Rick - If you have FISD access, check this thread: http://www.whitearmor.net/forum/topic/20859-accurate-anh-stormtrooper-strapping-brackets-limited-number-remaining/ He is currently SOLD OUT, but the thread says he's taking pre-orders for September. Did you need everything in the strapping kit? - Andy
  2. I got one of Dirty Boy's Move Along packs (it's awesome - thanks), but when it arrived it came partially disassembled for shipping. I mounted the bee stinger pretty much straight down (flush against the bottom of the tray), but now it looks like it should be at an angle outward. Does this matter for SWAT? Or is it just a matter of preference? Thanks!
  3. What about the "Move Along" Captain? How about the LSD sergeant (same pack)?
  4. Mike over at TrooperBay can do pretty much any decal for you...
  5. Look at us. We're junkies.
  6. Meaning the left is worn on the right and vice versa, or the wrong edge of each hand guard is pointing the wrong way (finger side to wrists, wrist side to fingers)?
  7. With a heat gun or blow dryer or...?
  8. I have the thermal detonator panel from an old FX kit, but it's just a bit wrong on the diameter for the mortar tube. I figure that if I can heat it up enough, I could bend form it around the tube, and reshape it accordingly. Has anyone tried this? Does anyone know if it can be heated and adjusted safely? Another question would be, if this doesn't work, is anyone making control panels that will fit the mortar tubes (in this case one of DirtyBoy's)? Thanks! - Andy
  9. Hey all - I just got one of DirtyBoy's AWESOME "Move Along" packs. Because I'm all thumbs with most props, I had him assemble it (mostly). Since it's 90% assembled, I don't have the same access to both sides of the frame to do the 'drill thru' method of mounting the mortar tube. I was hoping some of you might have some additional suggestions for attaching it... My hope is to eventually get SWAT status, so whatever method I choose, it's gotta fit those standards. Help! Thnx, - Andy
  10. The last pair of TKBoots I got seemed larger than the sizing, but the previous pair seemed smaller than the sizing. Of course, the previous pair was bought over 10 years back, so I have no doubt that the supplier changed... In any case, currently, I think they probably run somewhere between true-to-size and slightly large. Hope that doesn't muddy the water too much. - Andy
  11. But the t-track is now represented on the stock DLT-19, correct?
  12. Greets all! I was just wondering which version scope (M19 or M38) is on the newest ANH E-11 molds from HyperFirm. Also, I've seen a lot of older threads about the HyperFirm, and I know it is a well-respected go-to option for Trooping, but I'd love to hear any current perspective on the accuracy, etc. of the newer molds. Anyone doing any great mods they want to share? I found the FISD pimping mods from 2010... anyone doing anything lately? Best, - Andy
  13. Juan - Thanks for clarifying - appreciate the perspective and first-hand reference. Best, - Andy
  14. Check this thread on the 501st boards... http://www.501st.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=70494&start=20&sid=5d49c4e6c20667cfeb6d34c300190940 Check towards the end of the thread - "landher" apparently is offering a kit with multiple pouches for $60+shipping. At first glance they do not seem to be 100% accurate, but you uber-TD's out there might be better suited to make a call on 'em.
  15. Brady - I'm sure I speak for many when I say "ABSOLUTELY!!!!" Thanks for considering a "how to" thread... Best, - Andy
  16. Is this the right kind then? I saw several like this on wdmilitaria http://www.wdmilitaria.co.uk/shop.php Need someone with expert eyeballs to verify if they are indeed the correct size/type... - Andy
