  1. Sounds to me like you are either buying 2 sets of gloves or borrowing a set for approval. You can borrow mine. I am not putting the hand plates on backwards.
  2. Thanks! That's what I was wondering. I have both canvas pouches (3 & 3+1). Looks like I need that MP38 pouch.
  3. What I mean is - are those two pouches interchangeable?
  4. #1 - This is shown in the CRLs as the MP38/MP40 pouch used for hip pouches. #2 - This is an MP40 pouch (without the +1 tool pouch). My question is - are they interchangeable? Can a trooper use the 'strap latch' type (#2) in place of the post/flap type (#1)?
  5. I'm genuinely confused about a specific requirement: MEPD Requirements specify that you must include a Field Pack, yet 5 specific configurations do not use a field pack. Captian - Roadblock V2 Captain - Docking Bay 94 V1 (Garinden) Captain - Docking Bay 94 V2 (Tuck & Roll) "No Rank" (which you should probably call Enlisted) Enlisted - Docking Bay 94 V1 Enlisted - Docking Bay 94 V2 Am I to believe that if someone were to make these configurations, even at a SWAT Level, they would not be accepted into the MEPD?
  6. Looking like a happy girl! Amazing how time flies sometimes.
  7. I do not have a pack as of yet, but I imagine you could rig it inside the top seed tray & snake the tube under your pauldron. Rather a decent idea with some of the troops I've been on. A couple years ago we did an event on a blazing hot summer day and I know I went through about 8 bottles of Gatorade.
  8. Hi! I'm Bob, TKID 3279. I joined the Legion as a Scout, moved into Tusken and intended on making an ESB TK.Guess I should have posted here a while ago... Been a lurker for about 2 years, only started making noise this year because a project went a bit awry and has steered me into the TD configuration. I found a decent deal from soneone getting rid of their kit. I thought I might switch to the HWT because I was drawn to the backpack and BFG. The previous owner used a lot of rivets and shims to get this TK to fit. The removal of all these modifications has left it in rough shape - even after filling holes there's no way it'll ever look factory new like it should for a TK. That's when I started looking into other options. I already had an orange pauldron, so I looked into CPT configs and decided I could make some of those work. A field pack, some pouches and a couple different guns and I'd be able to switch it up on a whim! For now I'm going to concentrate on Tuck & Roll, then acquire other equipment to do Road Block, Docking Bay 94 Garinden, and Alley Check versions.
  9. You should have used those leggings as an undersuit.
  10. Wait a minute that knee ammo belt is... Yes ma'am! Looking AWESOME. The T-21 doesn't look ridiculously large - is it scaled down slightly or are you not quite as tiny as you've stated?

    Ab square

ATA sells them in HIPS or ABS. I just ordered one from them.
  12. That doesn't help with my $20 minimum order... I will just buy 4 slings and sell 2 I guess.
  13. I'm looking to buy the Enfield slings but need a minimum of $20 to order. I was poking around the site and found these. Would they work, or is the bumpy leather just plain wrong? http://e-sarcoinc.co...rammopouch.aspx
  14. Doing the same thing to a beat up RT-MOD kit I acquired. Ordered an Ab and Knee plate from ATA in ABS. Decent price - a lot less than I thought it would be.
  15. I have an RT-MOD TK that has seen the wrath of an over zealous rivet gun. I'd rather fill the holes and just cover the flaws with dirt than repaint an ABS kit. I'm after an ab plate, knee (sniper) plate, and TD handplates. I contacted ATA about their availability since someone in that thread mentioned they got their TD from ATA. After that I'll be looking for a small Spanish pouch and a T-21.
  16. Hey all - I don't want to stir the pot, but this notice is at the top if the Trade area: I see a few WTB armor pieces threads... and honestly, I'm looking for a few pieces myself but I didn't want to post what I'm looking for if it's in violation with this specific policy. What is the proper course of action?
  17. Odd how you and I are so alike. We're both in the same garrison, both are Tusken Raiders, and both looking to make TD Captains. I'm going for the Docking Bay 94 "Tuck & Roll" one. I bought a set of TK armor I intended to make into a HWT, but it needs a lot of TLC. It'd be easier for me to hide a lot of its flaws with dirt. The previous owner apparently REALLY liked his rivet gun... to the point that I now have about 30 holes in odd places that I have to fill. I intend on filling them, but I don't want to repaint everything. Chris - hit up Chazz for info on weathering. I hear he's a master
  18. Your son sounds like a good candidate for Vader.
  19. Took me about 6 months to get the E-11 conversion kit if that tells you anything on how they are doing on reaction time. Sometimes e-mails came back fast (within the hour), sometimes it took weeks before I heard from them.
  20. Have you looked at the repros on AtTheFront.com? They're a WWII costuming supplier that strives for accuracy.
