  12. I also trooped the Weird Al show here in NY.It was a lot of fun,You did a great job-that is a great first troop. Well done! Dave
  13. Good Luck with the build. I am sure it is going to look good.Originally I was going to use the boyscout frame but everything came with the Crashmann kit. Dave
  14. I don't think it looks all that bad,not a big fan of the belt.DEFINITELY better than Rubies, can also be modded with and made better. That being said, this is what separates us from the "average Joe." We get stuff just right (or come close) we know who to call for what,we know what we should be spending,we know who to stay away from.I just hope they don't ask a crazy price for this. How many times do you go on Ebay (JUST TO LOOK) at Trooper armor and see the prices they want for some stuff and also notice who (starfortress) is selling stuff.Makes you sometimes want to warn the highest bidder what he or she is getting for their buck.
  15. You got it! YYYEEEAAAHHHH! You will be happy.
  16. That site is Great,I would expect nothing less from the XO.Rick, I am going to be chatting you up soon as I get my butt going with my ARC Captain. See ya,Dave
  17. I have probably stated on these here boards a million times how much I love my Hyperfirm T-21.Don't have to worry about it breaking or someone breaking it.EVERYBODY told me to get one of these as opposed to a Cushman, they were right. If you have the means to purchase this fine weapon,go for it.When the day comes when I retire to the Sandie Veterans Home I just might keep my T-21 as a memento of my trooping days. Ciao,Dave
  18. Sounds like good news from here! I am a firm believer in good things happening to good people-Rolf,you did the right thing from the start and should be proud of yourself. We here at MEPD are happy and proud of you as well.Your son has a great role model (you) to look up to. Keep your chin up, Dave
  19. Congrats! Welcome to the Greatest show on Earth! Dave
  20. Rolf,I hope everything goes well.Hang in there,Your Sandie brothers are behind you. See ya,Dave
  21. Everything really looks great! Deployment should not be a problem for you. You wear your armor well, good physique.
  22. Same as Gordon,I do my own thing.I have a "move along pack" with a Black Pauldron (Black is my fave) a T-21 and one of them dimpled Dewback smacking handguards. It works for me, Screen accuracy is cool too.
  23. Weathering is Phenomenal! Are those Mirrored Green Lenses? Really looks good!
