  1. Thanks buddy really appreciate the feedback. We will get to troop together soon definitely. This guy is a oft overlooked trooper here in the MEPD and something a bit different, which is why I wanted to do him.
  2. Awesome. So great to see these being used so much now. Really great.
  3. Yep that's on my list of things to sort out, along with the fact the sniper knee plate needs to stick out so it doesn't get caught behind the thigh. They'll be done for the finished article
  4. Posted this over on UKG forums but wanted to see if anyone has an opinion on here too. Hoping to get it cleared pretty soon! Ok as I'm nearly done with my new TM sandy that I've been working on for nearly 6 months now, I need to upload this as a build thread so that I can get ready for clearanc to be submitted very soon. Backpack is almost ready, which is why it isn't on in these shots but at least I can show the armour build to date. I've been trying to emulate the trooper from the alley check scene who provides cover on the door as the Orange pauldron trooper knocks on the door, as seen here: Here are my shots of armour on after weathering Nick
  5. Well done jack. Really great build and a pleasure to have you among the ranks of Britannia Patrol.
  6. Good for you Chief. Not everyone has to go screen accurate and it's all about having fun. You're fx armour was great as long as you felt good in it. It's also good that you want to get serious though and we look forward to seeing what you come up with. Well done so far Nick
  7. Britannia patrol beat you too it in 2013
  8. Not sure about that. They swapped armour and kit around so much it's hard to tell. Here they are on set
  9. I've never seen that info anywhere SID. Good luck with trying to find him
  10. Erik is correct here. From our research it has been evident that "almost" all of the packs are based on the Karrimor pack frame however this is not one of them, and this is indeed based on an Alice type frame or "boyscout" frame that we are used to seeing over the years. This is the only frame like this though. Nick
  11. Really great work here. Love that you've got an original pack frame too bud. Nick
  12. Not too much. Just an eye for detail I guess.
  13. Finally got around to uploading the pics of my finished Bapty now. Hope you enjoy Nick
  14. Hi guys. Sorry not had much chance to reply recently and with the forum being down etc. I won't be able to redo the templates as I don't have access to photoshop at the moment. As far as the greeblies goes, gas plug handle was 3d printed and the plug itself was a plumbing copper pipe end cap. I have thought about making a run of the parts but not got around to it yet. The bendy part that goes around the barrel is simply electrical wire.
  15. Really great work Paul. It's amazing to see so much love going into these new packs that are coming out this year.
  16. Answer is no the brow does not have to be high on every TD. See here:
  17. The orange Pauldron trooper with the DLT 19 who is on the opposite side of the speeder at the roadblock is also wearing them. Nick
  18. Yeh most people are. Terry (pandatrooper's) build was brilliant as a reference but there are things that he did miss out that are on the on screen version.
  19. Yes you got it right mate. The straps attach onto these at the bottom
  20. Really awesome work Constantin. I'm loving your attention to detail here. This year we have certainly hit a whole new level with our accuracy. Keep em coming Nick
  21. Also you will see that the white eared helmet is on the black Pauldron trooper behind your guy in the docking bay. They obviously did a few swaps.
