Used to do a fair bit of diving myself. Just off the East coast UK, but my old diving club used to go to Sharm a lot. But I never got around to it Although we have loads of old wrecks here off the coast, a lot of war time ships, planes and subs plenty here but its all been robbed now . Used to come back with some cracking lobsters though

Thanks guys for your comments, my TK has taken a back seat since finishing this armor. I love trooping as a TD, I havent knocked any kiddies out yet with my BFG so thats good Although atleast with my current project Il be able to sit down

Details are finally put on the main 501st site, so can the powers that be DEPLOY me at last I need to get out on patrol, got alot of frustration to take out on the locals

Cant get 501st approval over at the UK Garrison without a back pack to be a TD <_< Strange how you can in other 501st garrisons

Got to be honest I was very suprised how cheap manequins are. I see some on Ebay for £45 not bendable ones though, which I think is very good. The seller was in Germany so maybe shipping wouldnt be too bad worth a look

I'd have to agree the helmet does look very much like an FX lid, the rolled sides are quite big which is the normal give away for an FX. How do you find walking not that I think it matters for deployment but you dont have alot of movement area at the knees. I would have thought it is quite hard to walk in, can you bring up the thighs a touch? Good luck with your deployment mate

Personally I wear the orange pauldron, this is because this is the one that is most recognisable and also the one that sticks in my mind from my childhood the most. I dont think it really matters <_<
