I saw an articule on Facebook I got today that showed a pretty pink patch of a r2kt and a jawa for sale, and the money goes to the tornadoe victims in Joplin, MO. Here is the srticule...I can't get the pic to come up on here tho but it's a cute patch. I put out my $10 for one! Did any one watch the episode? Guys from the 501st and the Michigan Garrison were there and it was cool to see how they made the Han Solo in Carbonite sculpture life size...It was from a mold that they aquired from a collector and they even built the frame and added working lights around it. Thank you for the prayers they are much appreciated...i am not going to give up on it to wear it, and even if I don't.... I have it displayed in my room where I see it every day. I have begun to wear my Sandy jacket again as it's not freezing out, that I put the MEPD and big Dewback & trooper patches on last year and have been getting a lot of questions about the 501st and the MEPD...I don't know if anyone has come here yet but i give them the web site and hope they come and look! Been trying to think on how to put this into to words.... I don't know if I will ever troop in my Sandy armor.....I have been having flare ups with my muscle neuropathy , and skeletal illnesses and have had a gradual weight loss, I have lost 17 pounds over the last three months and now my armor is way to big for me to wear.... (I am 5 ft tall and weight 112 pounds I used to weigh 129) I do not know if I will ever get it back to wear the armor properly and my Dr has even told me not to wear it, and put it away and wait and see how I am in the summer....Anything putting pressure on my neck shoulders and any thing on my body causes pain and we are trying to figure it out what is going on withthe neuropathy..it is scary and petrifying to not truly know what is going on...and after all the work I did on that armor and then not be able to possibly wear it has been a blow to me...I have made a Jedi costume where there is nothing blocking my vision and I can take off layers...has given me some consolation but I wanted to wear the Sandy the most... :( Pray for wisdom for me on what to do, to wear it or not.... There is a new show debuting on the Food Network tonight at 9 pm. It is called "ice Brigades" and on the opening show they sculpt a huge sculpture of "Han Solo In Carbonite" Any one interested in watching it comes on at 9 pm, (CST) on the Food Network Channel and in my area that is on channel 110 on DISH TV. Now the country of Tonga has had a 6.0 earthquake tonight as of 8:14 CMT pm...IT sounds like this is going to go around the whole ring of fire.. RATS!!! Green Bay won and i'll never hear the end of it from family members that love GB but we love the Bears on my side of the family... Ahhh well next year we'll try again!!!!!!! The commercials stunk tho this year for the super bowl...only decent ones were the Volkswagon "Kid Vader" one, the Flying Beetle one, and the Pug Doritoe dog...and the BridgeStone Beaver one, and the two Coca Cola ads......Clydesdales were ok... It's snowing here again!! We just got dug out and more snow is coming Tuesday...my poor back and my kids too we all had to go to the chiropractor on Friday as we were in pain...investing in a snow blower next year isn't an option...I have to get one or have some one plow it out for me.....
