Hausi Posted May 9, 2019 Share Posted May 9, 2019 This part is called the syphon and you are right, it has to be on the pack and it can be found on all different variants of OT packs. There are quite a few people who offer these as 3D prints or in kit form, e.g. rwacreations from the UK, you can find him on FB.
