TK4702
... Well, not necessarily So, I started my pack obviously. I actually built two frames, before settling on a third (below). I wanted something seamless, and so I built the one shown below. I riveted all the corners together for added strength, I also used a Bondo-like material to fill in all the cracks on my pipe fittings. I'm considering a plastic coating over the entire frame as well. Frame #3 Just a bit more work to do here I went with the Rustoleum Satin Slate Blue Sanded, drilled, primed and painted Aluminum bars for attaching the seed trays to my frame top bottle Stinger in progress ... I might swap the cone out for a more accurate part.

TK4702
Some updates on the pack... I ended up making the box for the exhaust port out of a display case for an old iPod shuffle. I used ABS sheets for the back and triangles. Right now I'm sanding the Bondo, and coating the inside with some resin to strengthen it a bit. Also did my toolbox And I finished painting the stinger... Just need to pick up some aluminum for the brackets.

TK4702
Still had some parts drying on the exhaust port ... but I attached everything on the top section. The bottom section is still obviously in the works... attaching the stinger next. I also have to order my 2 1/2" piping from TAP plastics... same stuff I use for my TK thermal detonators kits. TK4702
Thanks guys! But I don't think I mounted the mortar tube right, so I'll have to fix it. I'm vacuum forming my own end caps and control panel for the mortar tube. I'm also having my own Radio faceplate 3D printed, hope to be getting that back in a couple weeks. After that, it's just the radio assembly, and the straps ... I think? Oh and the weathering. .
Grit
how much dose it cost for 3D printing?
