amp
Hi Everybody, I just purchased one of Crashmann's radio kits, and was wondering does anyone know the font style and size used from the front lettering? I have found the dial and the logo posted here, but not much info on the other lettering. Any thoughts would be appreciated. I'm thinking of using vinyl lettering. Thanks Again, amp

iconoclasta_88
Just curious boss... Who made those decals? Or is it painted? Anthony, would you share any progress you have on your own decals??? I might like a similar look for my radio... Saludos
FIVE
MH sent them with the radio, and I believe he had them made. They are "slip" decals... like for models. They were a PAIN to apply... insanely thin and had to soak them in water first then carefully slide them off onto the face of the radio. (then line them back up where they tore) haha
DirtyBoy
Seriously looks amazing though

amp
Hey Graham, I'm on the same quest. I think several fonts would work, but the size will be the trick. amp
FIVE
Score! Here are the decals as a PDF ready to print. Take these to Target or CVS and print out a sheet on nice photo quality paper. They will match up perfectly to the radio that JS and MH collaborated on... and should match others pretty closely. If you want to do it right, find someone who can print them on water-slide paper decals... that's what mine were done on. Also — just in case you need / want it — here again are the printable dials. From my understanding MH did most of them with JS doing the green & black ones. Thanks to former DL MH for providing these!
