I just got my MP-40 pouches a few days AFTER these pictures were taken, and I haven't built my BFG yet, although I did build that E-11 out of PVC, metal, wood, and resin scope and hengstler counter. I made the backpack based on TK-409's tutorial and the Marmit style pack. I managed to break a couple of the parts I WANTED on the pack, so I wound up putting some left over parts on it for now. I plan to dirty up the thigh plates a bit more too.

All I need to get a MEPD deployment is a BFG.... YEAH BABY!!

Hope ya'll like what I got so far!

Hi Rob,

Thanks for the feedback! Yes, I used 1/2" CPVC the yellow-gold stuff used for domestic water lines in construction. I think it scales out better than the slightly larger white 1/2" PVC pipe and fittings you get in the sprinkler section of Home Depot.

The thing is pretty light too, I trooped for 6+ hours straight and never noticed it to be honest.
