Mightytank
So im thinking I'm going to re fit my thighs with small shim and cover strip and maybe make some snap plates, but I have no extra abs. Where would I find some for a fair price?
Pappy
for alternative I'm sure the back side of signs like this is white Just make sure it had the same hue like your armor.
FIVE
Yeah, I use things like white storage containers cut up. They're not ABS, but for a snap base they're great. Basically just go to Target, Walmart, or the junkyard or your garage and see what's laying around that's plastic, white, and might work. Quartermaster
Trik Toys sells white ABS strips on his web site and also on ebay. They come as .080 ABS 17" long and 3 1/2" wide. Here are the links: http://triktoys.com/shop/catalog/product_info.php?cPath=22&products_id=36 http://cgi.ebay.com/Stormtrooper-Armor-Costume-SPARE-PARTS-EXTENTION-STRIPS-/300372821473?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item45ef9d85e1

pandatrooper
Also, look up the web / phone book in your area for "plastic supply" and sign shops. they use ABS all the time for various things and can sell you / give you some scraps. Also, most hobby stores (especially ones that sell model airplane and train models) have small sheets of white styrene for model making.
