IanL Posted November 15, 2005 Posted November 15, 2005 I noticed that Amazon has these available for a pretty cheap price. TK409's website has a great tutorial on turning it into a piece of Imperial hardware. Check it out http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/ASIN/ ... 60-6321604 Quote
SethB6025 Posted November 15, 2005 Posted November 15, 2005 These are pretty cool, I had fun doing a conversion on one a couple of years ago. I never carried it trooping though (I think once) so it, along with my kenner blaster, is in my son's possesion. (he likes swiping my misc. gear ) Quote
PNerves Posted November 15, 2005 Posted November 15, 2005 I still have the one I got when I joined the military book club, oh so long ago. I think I've taken it apart, and may even know where it is, but.... I should find it and finish it up. Quote
maj_hassel Posted December 22, 2005 Posted December 22, 2005 For a while there was a British prop maker who seemed like they were going to start releasing screen accurate binoculars. They were molded of of the Simrad marine binoculars. The price went pretty high and still Reserve not met appeared on his auctions. I have to admit, they looked pretty sweet. I'm surprised no one has started molding resin--or better yet, Hyperfirm--versions of these sweet binoculars. Quote
TD5422 Posted December 23, 2005 Posted December 23, 2005 Doesn't Richie's Armor still make them? Quote
