Robster
Yes!! please tell us how and what you used to build your pack!!What did you use for the main boxes? Rob
TK3073
1st The frame I used a British army issue rucksack frame which fits perfect on your back and wont scratch your armour, it came in green and had to be sprayed black. 2nd The Boxes ! Well, a little secret, there actually Cat litter trays i used a total of 4 and bolted them together with the bottom trays (light grey) bolted to the frame. The rest of the boxes are every day plastic containers, but i did hunt around to find the right sizes i needed. The fluid canister i can supply if needed The radio box is just a plastic container, i drilled sixteen holes and fitted M5 bolts to create the large circle, the various rings are from army gas masks parts which i have access too. So far this project has cost me about £50 ($87) + paints. If you have trouble finding the right parts just PM me, most of the parts are very cheap but the cost would be in the shipping. SandtrooperScout
This may seem like a weird request, but can we (I) see a pic of it from the back? I know most of us use plastic containers of different shapes and forms for our boxes, but I've always wondered with the packs with the off set containers, do people try to cover the gaps or just leave them open? Thanks!
