TD-1536 Posted February 3, 2009 Share Posted February 3, 2009 Attention all troops, and those who do not have access to the 501st-only section of this Forum, 2009 Elections are live and request your vote! Now is the time to vote for your new Garrison CO, Legion CO and Detachment Leader. From the Legion forum: In order to nominate a candidate for DL and vote for a DL, you must be a member of that Detachment in the Legion database, not just in the Detachment forum. To certify Detachment membership, you must first have an eligible costume covered by that Detachment approved by your GML. Then, do the following: Go to the "Membership DB" on the Legion forum. The link is in the left menu. Select "YOUR PROFILE DATA" Scroll down to "Your Unit Affiliation" Click "Edit" If the costume has been approved by your GML, the Detachment you want to join will be listed as "Detachment Affiliation(s): Eligible:" Click "Add." After that, the Detachment Leader MUST approve your request before it will appear in the Detachment list. ONLY THEN will you be able to participate in Detachment elections. I just went through the database and approved all pending requests. If you have a Legion approved TD, you are eligible to request affiliation in the MEPD on the Legion site. You do need to go to the Legion site, and click on the Membership DB link on the left side. There you will find at the bottom detachments you are eligible for. Select the MEPD and hit "register" I believe.
