Casting a vote is simple..... 1) go to this link - http://kmgh.cityvoter.com/signup?entry=64544 2) fill in your info (you can even use bogus info, but enter your correct email address), and click "Sign Up and Vote" 3) you will receive an email with a link in it - click on that link, and your vote is cast.
