Rolf
Rolf this is a "killa" backpack!!! Man, I can hardly stand the wait...I'm REALLY looking forward to getting my MH/SB backpack from Seth! Mike and Seth are my heroes!!! T Thanks bro . I have make a few new detail on it since. I have add the siphon now. So now i only need the small groove tube, coming up the small box (upper right corner). New pictures up real soon. I got the new TE2 helmet done, weathering it and all add the the TE2 body armor. MH/SB pack all most done, only need a few more days and it there. I hope to get the CP/SB pauldron, on him soon too. Then the plan is, to got to a big sand grave for some final shots of the monster. Peace out .
Rolf
I´m done whit the pack, but i wanna show a bit of the progress here too. here you go... I add the boxes to the boyscout frame whit strips: I also add a piece of plasic on the beack to hold them together. The siphon was a **** to add together whit the tupperwear burger stackers. I used hot glue gun, E6000, plasto. The plasto is great fro the job. Put it on, let it dry, and then a quick sand paper job and you are there. One the once we see in ANH there are a "wall" between them, no space. So i made that as well. I also made a bridge between the two tubes, on the siphon and a dot as you see it in ANH. I will show the final pictures in the next post. (because the new forum can take so many in the same post). Cheers. Rolf .
Rolf
Here you see the final pack, only need the weathering and add my black fat elastics to the frame and he´s is all there. Here you go . (here is just a upper shot, to shot the little screw in top mushroom cap as seen in the screen used ones) i will add some more text in the next post... Rolf
Here you see the back, i will add the black elastics later today to the frames screws. Here a pic of the tube, and shot real gun shells. I also made the hole in upper long tube, beside the canister as seen in ANH. Here the siphon, and the radio box. I have add a metal string on around the radio box, as seen on the move a long trooper pack. I miss to add the two black velcro pieces on the lid, over the burger stackers. They will be there later today too.. Here the lid. I cut the sides off, and E6000 glued to the round circle. Screw it through the lid to the tube. Cheers bro´s, hope you like him. It was fun to make him, and a bit hard. I guess its a part of our beloved hobby. New pictures up of it whit weathering, and the TE2 armor on + HF weapons, CP/SB etc... asap. Cheers. Rolf . Rolf
I got one more unmade pack kit here. But what version should i make it. what do you think . I have made the move a long captain pack: Here you see the sergeant/captain pack. Here is the sergeant wearing it: You see a captain wears it two other places in ANH too. one place is here, as the desert captain on the right: The other one is the dok 94 captain on the right: Here you see a private one on the left: And one more private one here on the right: There are also two other seen move a long back pack seen in ANH. Here the sergeant, but whit out the black tape on the lower box: And here again on the drewback sergeant: one last strange thing here. A captain on the left, whit a move a long back pack version again. But this time whit both boxes black. . And here both boxes black on the captain pack right side of the picture, but looks like 1 out of 4 is painted blue: Cheers. Rolf .
dutchy
I would say go for the one with the airfilter on it. But that part is hard to find so the next best option should be the private pack then. So the quest for the airfilter begins!!
