Here is how i see it.

I join 501st back in 2000.

back then there was not much to buy.

So i got my first suit there as a FX gear.

Around 2003 i saw Jez site for the first time.

And i went yeah baby yeah .

Screen accurate suits, TE, GF etc.

I quick get in contact whit GF, and got 2 of them.

Later over the years i have been trying to up grade, every time some sweet stuff comes up.

My time line is FX, GF, AP, TM, TE2.

Some of the first suits is now sold, to buy new stuff from.

I understand its hard to fit a accurate suit, if you are too big.

I´m lucky at mine 182 cm, whit out suit on.

And skinny weight around 72.

But if you have the right body for the accurate stuff, i say its over whit the FX.

It was a good start suit back then, but not any more when you got AP, TM, TE2 etc.

Peace out bro´s, i don´t hope i sound too negative.

troop on...

I don't have a definitive timeline for the helmet to be completed.

What I do know is that the sculpts are at the mold shop, where the final production tools are being made. The lenses still have to be made, the decals designed to fit the actual helmet sections, aerators and brow trim located and purchased for packaging into kits, and so on.

There is still a ton of work to do to get this ready for production and sale.

I have heard that it will not have a seperate dome, but rather be the rear piece and dome combined, and a seperate front faceplate, as the screen-used ANH helmets were designed. I have not seen this with my own eyes, but once I can, I will confirm this, as it will make FX bucket making much easier.

More when I have it . . .

the three details i´m most expectant about are: the dome shape, the size of the chin filters and the grill mouth frown shape.

these three details seem to be the hardest to get done correctly!

i´m thrilled to hear about a new set...and so are quite a few of my costarican brothers that want to buy a tk set to enter the Legion.
