wannab
What is the best for permanent adhesion for styrene? Looking at glueing styrene to styrene. Thanks. Doug
SethB6025
I've had good luck with E6000 for gluing everything to everything. Devcon Plastic Welder also works, as does CA glue for non-stress applications.

steve12201
Where can I get E6000? I didn't see it at Walmart, but they did have Devcon so I got some of that for my E-11 build.
bearden6521
Walmart carries E6000. It's in the craft area. Michael's carries it too. Where can I get E6000? steve12201
Ahhh....the craft area. Guess I'll have to follow the old ladies there...I keep getting diverted to the electronics section by following the young hotties.

Do you have to mix it like Devcon or is it pre-mixed like crazy glue?
DuneSoldat
I second the cement. I have used the E6000 and I am too impatient to wait until it dries. Just my two cents....

SethB6025
You can use E6000 as a contact cement, you have to press the two things together, pull them apart then wait 5 minutes before putting them back together. I did this to attach velcro to my belt last year and trooped with it a couple hours later with no trouble. Is the MP6 a two part or a one part? I suck at mixing adhesives. freakengine
E6000 rocks but I've also had good luck with Amazing Goop and Zap-A-Gap CA glue.
TD-4510
You can buy styrene glue at the hardware store. I found it in clear and it sets in a few minutes.
