I ask because I looked to images of already approved troops and discovered it as 50/50. Some have it one way, some have it the other way. Ignore my manly hands. Some shims, including some of the actually used armors have the back top flat area heavily trimmed to better fit, but the cover strip never goes past that top flat area.
