Herzing66
Hello, Just wondering where most of you have experienced armor bites and how much return edges cause this problem. Thank you very much. Darin

Beren
Inside the elbows & knees get the biggest bites. Don't be afraid to shape and trim until you have decent range of motion. Pad with foam and weather stripping to keep the plastic off the skin.

Smally
Although the return can slightly effect pinch and movement, it shouldn't be to the extent of causing you pain or injury. Yeah, I get pinch marks on my biceps but its hardly noticeable whilst wearing the armour - in fact, I only tend to notice it when I dekit and see the red marks. Basically what I'm saying is, if its causing you pain file down some of the return
Smally
You should be able to trim enough off the return edge to make it comfortable whilst still leaving enough on for swat clearance.
inglorious trooper
agree with smally, just have the minimal amount you need on any pinching areas, i have around 5mm on mine everywhere,no more!
