I don´t know much about this project, but its looks good...

Maybe they will cast a complete ANH suit down the road, and sell them for the public.

Whit all the armor business going on for years, i´m sure it would give them a great income.

Wasn't there talk of them being cast in fibreglass?

I would wait until they start producing before you shell out a load of money. There are other Hero helmets out there that look equally as nice ;)

It would be awesome if they do manage to cast a full set of armour too. I think if Gino is still involved and they can produce them in the same 1.5mm ABS, we are going to have sme seriously nice armour. But, these big companies don't always produce the goods as they should be and go for more money making than accuracy, so we will just have to wait and see.

Roger that.

Crossed fingers from here, would be too cool if the made it right, and full ANH sets.

These are meant to be vacuum formed but there have been many problems. As you may know vacuum forming is not consistent and there is slight variation from form to form. They have been working with a commercial vacuum former and hope to offer a product that is very accurate. That being said... The biker scout helmet that they did ended up being fiberglass because vacuum forming wasn't consistent and assembly was too difficult. So we shall see......
