So I've been kicking around the idea of getting a 3D printer. There's a ton of files available to print random things. I thought it would be cool to have one to play with, and possibly make a few things for my costumes. I'm trying to get feedback on who has one and what brand it is. So if you have one you would recommend, please chime in here. Also where you got it would be helpful too. There's so many on the market it's hard to know which one to buy. Thanks guys

I guess I could weigh in. I purchased my armor with the intention of being a TK. But I switched when I decided I liked the sandy look better. Plus the BFG's and the packs are too cool. Since I made the switch, I couldn't be happier. Everyone is much more helpful here than on the "clean" side. Lol. Everyone I've talked to here has been so friendly, it makes me realize I made the right choice. Can't wait to be an official TD!

Hello everyone. I'm from Dallas. Decided to do a sandy because a TK was just too shiny. Plus sandys have cooler weapons. I'm a nurse so weekends are usually my only building times. USMC veteran. Looking forward to getting dirty! Everyone has been super helpful.

The only other costume I have is my Kylo. Which is 90% done. This is an expensive hobby!

New future TD checking in. Decided against the TK. It was just too shiny. Have an AM2.0 kit so I'll be starting soon. Looking to make a Captain without the pack and with the T21. I'm a nurse so work is always hectic, leaving weekends to work on it. USMC Veteran.
