  1. Ok buddy. Might be out of hours for them now. I'm sure she'll respond tomorrow. I've told her a troop could be coming over to pay a visit otherwise , lol ;-)
  2. Been emailing with Andrea at RS this afternoon and explained the situation regarding shirts. She said she's been mailing people but if not, please email her at studio@rspropmasters.com and she 'll get straight back to you. The workshop boys have been busy and I think she's just got back to work after time off. :-)
  3. Ha ha. You'll probably get yours before me bro, ;-)
  4. I'll post a photo of mine on here once I get it Jay ;-)
  5. Just an email saying that they've run out of the medium size shirts. I ordered a large for me and a medium for Neil, so they're going to send mine out and mediums will be a 3 week wait for new stock :-)
  6. Welcome aboard Ryan. Great choice with going Sandie :-)
  7. I ordered Neil ( Elegance) and myself a shirt and I chased it up a week after Essen to give them a bit of time but heard nothing. The same thing happened after my Sandie armour arrived (which i am so happy with and cannot fault) but the thigh suspending belt was missing and I asked for longer leggings as at 6'3", the included pair was a very stretched fit, ha ha! Anyway, I got an instant message back saying no probs they would be in the post next day but I was still chasing them via my usual Facebook messaging a week later. I managed to privately contact an employee of theirs who I spotted on UKG forum and he was great. He got it sorted and threw in a bag of fixings that I'd mentioned I'd needed for free. I've been in contact with him since regarding the t shirts plus my rubber gloves which developed tears after my first day of trooping, and he said at the beginning of the week Rob would be in touch that day or next but still heard nothing back. I've just messaged him back again to see what the score is. Like others have said before, I cannot fault their armour but it can be frustrating waiting to hear back from them at times, especially when good money has been paid out.
  8. Welcome Zakk and Simone. This is the only place you'll need for all things Sandie. Like Rick mentioned, I've certainly made this site my second home in the few months since I first signed on. Look forward to seeing your builds :-) Craig
  9. Thanks Rolf. My next one is already booked for a couple of weeks time! :-)
  10. Just sent. Pretty new here but I love this forum and my fellow Dirty Boys. Keep it going :-)
  11. Yep, the queue walkabout was great fun mate. And yes, gotta watch my long strides in parades in future, ha ha :-)
  12. Thanks Rick. We had some great people with us who captured some fantastic shots. Nice momento ;-)
  13. Hey all. Just a little report on my induction and first ever troop this weekend over on the Isle of Wight for their yearly Garlic Festival. Had an early start on the Saturday morning, I got picked up at 5am by my local Sandie buddy Neil (Elegance) and Kathii, his lovely soon to be wife and spotter. Caught the Ferry at Portsmouth where we met with 3 other local troopers- a recently cleared Vader who was acting as spotter for the day, a Snowtrooper and Iron Man :-) Got to the site with plenty of time to spare before it all kicked off, giving me the chance to talk to people I'd only ever spoke online to which was great. The local build team has set up a display tent including a replica Landspeeder, Pod Racer engine, an Ugnaught, painted Tatooine backdrop, a stuffed Ewok (the best type) , a Stromtrooper dressed mannequin plus a variety of helmets for the public to try on. It looked great, and as Neil and I were the only Sandies, we knew a good bit of our time would be spent manning the speeder for photos. I went out spotting for a couple of hours in the morning before the inevitable stitch up happened and I was marched into a facepainting tent and came out with a lovely rabbit face. All good fun. Then some press ups at blaster point with which I added some claps to for entertainment, ha ha :-) Then it was off to get kitted up with the help of Neil's partner Kathii. Me being 6'3" and Kathii being 5' caused some amusement and we needed the aid of a chair ;-) Then my UKG Decal was added And out I went. Lots of photo shoots around the speeder plus a parade march to the main arena for an inspection by Lord Vader. It rained pretty heavily Saturday afternoon, causing most of the public to leave early sadly. So we headed back to the Garrison members's garden we were camping out in for the night, set up tents and then enjoyed a BBQ with the local guys. Next morning we headed back over to the festival where we enjoyed a great day's trooping, the sun was shining and the public were loving us, but that **** Iron Man just about stole the show, haha! I had a fantastic first weekend's troop, and a massive thanks to Neil for taking me under his wing and helping me become a Dirty Boy. I seriously cannot wait till my next troop and I should have my T-21 all ready for me by then too. Bring it on brothers!! :-)
  14. Thanks buddy, I think I'm going to have to now. Looks amazing bro! Craig
  15. And yes, sorry, 'Cantina Craig' is great as my callsign. I sent Ruggero a photo the other day when I made Sandtrooper status :-)
  16. And a big thank you to my local Sandie buddy Neil (Elegance) for his time and help in getting me started and to Brad (Smally) for his help with the extra tweaks I needed :-)
  17. Thanks you Michael. I'm a very happy trooper right now :-) I will look into SWAT in the near future. I have my induction and first troop this weekend so UKG Decals will be added. Thanks for the extra comments regarding backpack, pouches and my 6'3" height regarding mods for SWAT Thanks Rick, appreciate it brother :-)
  18. And I briefly got excited when Michael put my name by mistake instead of yours in his last clearance post to you , lol :-)
