I Love your weathering!!! Looks incredible!

Looks great! I am doing the weathering on mine at the moment but i am not really happy with it. Yours looks great, exactly what i am aiming for! Good work!

btw: very interesting how much different the white of the RS ABS is compared to the ATA ABS is. But i actually like it. In the movie you can see a difference between bucket/armor as well.

Getting closer. Have a look and tell me if you can see any major issues: So i know its still many little step to go til its finished but i just wanted to show some progress. Missing: -gloves -latex handplates -lenses (on its way from trooperbay) -pauldron (i will send payment tonight or tomorrow) -weathering -backpack (still not sure about that) -blaster (as soon as i can spare some money) -knee plate (finished, not glued yet, maybe tomorrow) -boots -hooks on the calves So. Let me know where i can improve. as far as anyone is interested in a unfinished trooper thanks for checking out my build!!

Alright. Rs props is a little cheaper, but you know what? Ill give it a try. Pm coming

Oh. So you make them for rs props? I was actually aiming for your pauldron but, as mentioned, did not want to order from the us. How much is yours with shipping to germany? Could look for it but cause you just replied i shout out my question here. So ordering from rs or from you will get me the same pauldron?

Hey guys. I am walking the last steps towards finishing my TD. One very important thing is still missing: the pauldron. Most good pauldrons come from the US but i would prefer getting one in the EU. I come from germany and the customs are a PITA everytime. So i looked around and the only source seems to be RS props. Is it any good? I am super happy with my rs bucket but a pauldron is a whole different story. Next thing is that i find it very hard to get in contact with the guys. Last two mails (still looking for new shoulder bells) were unanswered and this kind of bugs me... So You guys have any other good source or can tell me anything about the RS pauldron? Accuracy is extremely important to me. I wanna get as close as possible to movie used pauldrons.. Thanks in advance!!!

Me being a tv salesman is one of the reasons i am totally into framerate/color accuracy/resolution/blur and every other thing that has anything to do with the experience of superb picture quality so i find this extremely interesting. Keep on going, it's great!

Dude! This is great! I got myself a ata and i am very happy with it. I disagree when you say it's the best choice but that is just personal taste/location etc. But most bang for the buck is totally ata! Great website

Wow. I love your improvement on the ab detail. This always bugged me with ata. I think about doing this modification to my armor as well. Looks much better!

oh yeah, the webcam is mirroring the pic. two posts earlier you see its correct. i tried to heat the kidney and form it a little bit so the kidney slips under the ab plate. did not work that well.. when i move it keeps popping out creating the gap. i checked so many armors but most of them don't have this freaking gap. i will try some padding tomorrow, maybe that will do the trick.. nobody had this issue?

Hey guys! Finally got time to do a little work to my armor. Got the belt (thanks felice!!!) and after testifying i still have the same problem. I think the kidney is just a little bit to big. see yourself: especially in the 2nd photo it shows what i mean. That looks just wrong and woo wide.. Do you guys think i should trim it down a little bit and put new rivets in the piece? I would be happy to know what you guys are thinking...

That looks pretty light but as you said its the camera lights it up... Looks pretty decent, what technique did you use?

I thought every trooper has it but you can't see it on every trooper cause they just don't show the ab plate.. Very tricky right here.....

There are many troopers that are SWAT and do not have these modifications. How come?

Using a heated rivet would work as well i think. I wanna finish my build first but as soon as i am done with the strapping and fitting i will try to correct these two parts..

Dude, i am thinking about that for a couple of days too. I could not find anyone that modified the plate but i think it's worth trying! The "button" could easily glued on.

Hey Buddies, i think i need your help!!!! First, i noticed the kidney seems to be too wide. It seems bigger than the AB and you can clearly see that from the front. I thought after finishing the strapping it will all just fit but this problem is still there...I am not sure if the kidney is upside down or if its right. I double checked before but some people say this and some people say that.. Can anyone confirm 100% what is up and what is down? It looks somehow strange to me, i don't know if the belt is going to fix it... And this follows to the next thing: my butt! It feels like the butt is a little to short. It sits very high, you can actually see my butt cheeks a little bit. Hard to see in the pics but could anyone tell if this is too high??? Any thoughts??? Thank you so much guys!!!
