  1. Got it! I'll be taking the required pics so I can get started. Thanks!
  2. I'm a TD now and like to help with this. Do I need to go for PO status first?
  3. Thanks! I picked up the accurate hardware and elastics from Mr.Nostripes on the FISD forums.
  4. Thanks guys! My armor is NE so the thighs had lots of material in the back to work with.
  5. Requesting Sandtrooper access. Paul Tizzano TD 6218 NorthEast Remnant http://www.501st.com/members/displaymember.php?userID=8512&costumeID=2 Thank you!
  6. Thank you! If the pics/armor are good I may use them to send in for a LFL event.
  7. Been a long time... I'm working on finishing up this weekend. Here is the pauldron and MP40 pouches all weathered up. I weathered using layers of burnt sienna, raw umber and tan.
  8. Nice job with the armor and helmet! The "blue" parts on your pack may need to be more gray though. Perhaps one of the experts here will chime in soon.
  9. Better start questioning the members of the SLD forums!
  10. Beautiful ROTJ Fett! (I'm a former ESB myself!)
  11. Gotcha! What about something along the lines of the Mini Rig toys? http://www.starwars.com/news/offscreen-but-not-forgotten-mini-rigs-body-rigs-and-other-kenner-vehicles The troop transport has finally made it into Star Wars cannon through the Rebels TV show. It would be cool to see the others realized.
  12. Maybe something along the lines of a skiff like Jabba was using in ROTJ?
  13. Excellent job with the ABS paste! I did the same thing with my helmet.
  14. I'm not personally going for SWAT but I tried to assemble my armor to look like the troopers on screen. I trimmed an reshaped my NE thighs from the top. And trimmed my NE shins from the bottom. I must have taken at least an inch from both thighs and shins. This way it looks more like the screen, neat, and I can walk better.
  15. I think iconoclasta has this detail on his armor. I think you should also keep the same pouch and handplate configuration if you add this detail though.
